3) Maximising the cross-sell opportunities to High Net Worth clients
As the broker market continues to consolidate, opportunities to cross-sell business lines is also on the rise. What are the latest market trends brokers should be aware of, and how can they best manage the associated risks and opportunities?  

4) Climate change, claims and surge events – how well prepared is the market? 
With a geographically diverse client base, the high-net-worth community is exposed to a range of climate change sensitive business lines. Preparedness for rare, tail events is becoming increasingly important. From repairer networks to expert loss adjusters, is the market ready for a surge event, of anything from flooding to subsidence?
